Sharing your information

We don't sell your personal information. We may share it with subcontractors or suppliers directly involved in delivering your installation or servicing work, with our accountants for bookkeeping purposes, and with public authorities where we're legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months if no work proceeds. Customer and contract records, including invoices and service history, are kept for 7 years in line with standard UK tax and accounting record-keeping requirements, and for as long as we hold an active maintenance contract with you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and ask us to transfer it elsewhere.
